Privatize your building location with your own MyZone!
With a simple command you can open an interface to control different settings like making it private, adding whitelisted players, turning off stability and even enter and exit messages.

The size of your zone will depend on your location and any possible issues with nearby structures or map elements.
Please contact an admin ahead of time to make sure the space you want to use will work.

Sky Zone
The zone will be high in the sky as you would like as long as its not over monuments or mainland.  Zones over mainland cause issues for people below so it will be over the ocean.

Ground Zone
Find a sweet prefab building or greenhouse or a sick feature on the map you want to build without stability?  This is what you want!
